By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to ask questions about purchasing body jewellery from Beyond Body Modification, and all my questions have been answered. I agree to the following:

Health and Safety:

Proper handling and insertion of body jewellery are crucial to avoid complications such as infection or injury. I will follow the hygiene, aftercare, and care instructions provided by Beyond Body Modification for both new and healed piercings.

Material and Allergy Information:

I have informed Beyond Body Modification of any allergies or sensitivities to materials used in body jewellery, such as surgical steel, gold, silver, or titanium.
I understand that despite using high-quality materials, Beyond Body Modification cannot always predict allergic reactions and accept the minimal risk.

Jewellery Specifications:

I will confirm the specifications (size, gauge, material, etc.) of the jewellery with my piercer before purchase and ensure it is suitable for my piercing or modification.
Custom-made or selected body jewellery may not be returnable or exchangeable once used or inserted.

Care and Maintenance:

I will follow the provided care instructions to maintain the jewellery’s quality and avoid complications.
Beyond Body Modification is not responsible for any damage or adverse reactions from improper care or handling.

Assumption of Risk:

I understand the inherent risks of using body jewellery, including allergic reactions and infections, and assume these risks.
Beyond Body Modification is not liable for any complications or adverse effects related to the use of the jewellery.

Release of Liability:

I release and hold harmless Beyond Body Modification, including all affiliates, from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from my purchase, use, or associated procedures.
